I am a very happily married wife and mommy of 2 beautiful girls, but that's not where I was in 2009. My journey to getting myself back started after I had my daughter. Before I had her I was in good shape most of my adult life. At the time I decided something had to give, I was very depressed and in a horrible place in my life… I had no hope left to be healthy and in shape again, one flight of stairs and I would be panting, everything was hard… Not just physically but especially emotionally until I decided that it was no way to live in my mid twenties. I had very high blood pressure and I was prediabetic at 274 lbs on my 5'7" frame. I tried weight watchers and it was not for me, it left me hungry all the time. Then someone I worked with gave me an Atkins book, and I was hooked, I started with Atkins and transitioned into keto and intermittent fasting here and there. With that and some exercise I dropped 134 lbs in about a year! I thank God I was able to do this because He gave me the strength to get through that! Keto/low carb works! #ketoworks #lchf #beforeandafter #transformation #extremeweightloss #lowcarb #deutschland #russiangirl #ifit #inspirations #fitgirl #healthylifestyle #fattofit #fattofab #keto #ketogenicdiet

#TransformationThursday I'M BACK!!!! I can't front I've been struggling with getting my fitness mojo back, What?! —-} I'm HUMAN! After bouncing back from losing 70lbs in like 4 months, sooooooooo many people reached out to me for answers, the God within me immediately went to work by helping others and I kinda forgot all about myself …. "I FELL" and lost a sense of who I was before I gained the weight but I have great news family —} I've picked myself up and regained my focus and I'm here to say it is ok to fall because ….. __________________________________________ WE ALL FALL Resisting, complaining about, or even feeling sorry for ourselves about the “bad” things that happen is totally normal, and it’s what we’re often encouraged to do by people around us and our culture in general — whether we do it out loud with others or just in our heads. However, these things, while understandable, don’t address the real issues, the emotions we’re experiencing, or make things better for us. Facing difficulties in our life can actually be an incredibly rewarding and positive experience for us — if we choose to allow our challenges to be opportunities for growth. ____________ Despite what you see on social media we ALL “fall down” in life We must learn to see our challenges as opportunities, by doing so we take our power back from the situations, circumstances and outcomes of our lives. Our ability to appreciate difficulties, learn from them and use them to our advantage, gives us important insight into who we really are and how to create success and fulfillment in a conscious, deliberate and authentic way. _____________ Being bold, going for what we want and living with authenticity doesn’t in any way mean we won’t fail, struggle or fall short. In fact, if we aren’t failing or facing any challenges at all, it’s probably a good indication that we aren’t playing all that big in our lives. It’s important for us to make peace with the fact that we will fall down many times throughout our journey. However, when we make a commitment to ourselves to get back up, dust ourselves off, be real about how we feel – CHANGE WILL HAPPEN ?#WWE

#tbt feeling the motivation … Não tenho um conselho diferente do que já dou todos os dias, mas quero afirmar que já estive onde você está ou talvez até mais no fundo do poço. Fazia mil planos e promessas, e não conseguia cumprir, nem pela metade. Sentia-me fraca e perdedora. A frustração é inútil. Use o tempo a seu favor." Se cair, respire fundo, levante-se, sacuda a poeira e comece tudo de novo. ————————— I do not have a different advice from what I already say every day. But I assure you I've been where you are, or maybe even deeper in the bottom of the pit. I've made thousands of plans and promises and could not keep nor follow through on even half. I felt weak and like a loser. When I got tired of giving up, I changed my way of thinking. Completely changed my mindset. We have to work our minds to be able to follow through on a plan and our promises! Put it in your mind that we have to eat to live and not live to eat. Saying "no" now to our desires will not kill us. We must resist and sacrifice now to achieve our goals. And after achieving that, and with each change, we have more motivation to continue. Remember that in the beginning there is NO motivation. We have to fight every day until we start to see the changes. When we see change, that's when we start to get motivated. Do not give up! Remember that food is not a source of joy nor sadness. Like I always say ??continue below??
