I’ve never felt better, I have balance. I eat a doughnut ? followed by a salad ? I don’t drink alcohol ? often, I down my water ? and most importantly I’ve gone from hating myself to loving myself ❤️❤️??‍♀️ . People always ask how much I’ve lost, and I honestly don’t know what my highest weight was (not the picture) due to hating myself so much I didn’t weigh myself (probably around 75kg) and I don’t weigh myself anymore (lightest I’ve been 45kg, NOT HEALTHY MIND) ??‍♀️??‍♀️??‍♀️ . Weight doesn’t matter, you matter. How you feel about yourself. Don’t focus on a number that can fluctuate 5kg in two days ??‍♀️??‍♀️ . I’ve now been “balanced” since the crazy party nights in Bali ?‍♀️? and I’m feeling SO good again! Party life ain’t for me! #facetoface Friday ??? . I’ve realised I’ve must been a lot heavier then I though looking back at all these photos. I know I stoped weighing myself at 70kg. But starting to think I was closer to 75+ ? . Which means I’ve almost lost 30kg in total. Insane, if I say so myself! ?? . I’m so much happier, healthier and feel like I don’t even remember looking like left. And it’s 7 years between, 7 years. ???‍♀️ . I feel I’m finally confident in myself and who I am ??? . Kilo verme ve daha sağlık bir şekilde yaşamaya karar vermiş.

Neredeyse hiç hareket etmeden ve egzersiz yapmadan geçen günlerinin yerini,

Haftada minimum 3 gün egzersizli günler almış. Şu anda da fitness serüvenini her hafta 3 ile 6 gün arasında egzersiz ile sürdürdüğünü belirtiyor.

Alkolü ciddi anlamda hayatından çıkaran Jelly 70 kilodan ilk başta 45 kiloya düşmüş.

Tam 25 kilo veren Jelly, 45 kilo olan halinde de pek iyi hissedememiş.

Çünkü Jelly 45 kilo olduğu dönemde kemiklerinin sayıldığı söylüyor!

Left is me before I gained the weight and generally was skinny but not doing any exercise or eating right. ??‍♀️??‍♀️? . Right is me this morning. I know it’s not the same angle, but very hard finding Belfies since it’s 10 years ago and bum “wasn’t a thing” then! ??? . I don’t know my weight then or now! ??‍♀️ but roughly the same weight. Weight doesn’t matter. Same weight different bodies! ??‍♀️ . Something else people always speak about is how do I get rid of cellulite.. well, as you can see, cellulite is present in both. The only difference that to the left it bothered me, and now it doesn’t ???‍♀️ . You can reduce it through exercises and eating right, drinking lots of water ? etc. But I always have cellulite no matter what weight. ??‍♀️? . I’ll be doing a bum workout tonight and filming some of my fave exercises for you lovies ❤️ . Ps. Yes my bum has gotten bigger lol. After eating a lot of crap ? it’s a lot more fat in it and I quite like it ??? although loosing quite a lot now when I’m getting in shape so need to start building them muscles up again ???‍♀️??‍♀️? . #transformation #bootyfordays
